When it came to the gym, I always dreaded going alone & felt out of place not knowing what exactly to do. Working with a trainer was super intimidating to me because most available were males and I was not comfortable with that. Between college stress & pandemic laziness, I had gained a ton of weight & was at my heaviest. When I started training with Cristina, she eased me into the workouts & kept me motivated throughout each session. Even when I thought I couldn’t do something, she was right there to help me accomplish it. She was completely in tune with my goals and pushed me to meet them. Even when it came to things outside of the gym, like nutrition, Cristina provided me with information and suggestions for weight loss. Over the course of 8 months training with Cristina, I have lost 35 pounds, 9 inches off of my waist and have halved my size in jeans. Training with Cristina is really the highlight of my day. Going to a session with her is like hanging out with a friend. While getting in a great workout, we chat & laugh & it just makes the whole experience that much better. The environment of her gym is so positive & encouraging that any anxiety you may have goes right out the door. Cristina has made me love working out and I can’t thank her enough for pushing me to new limits. My experience as a whole has been so amazing & it has really helped me find myself & I have gained confidence along the way. I have & would recommend Cristina to anyone who is looking for a trainer. I started my weight loss journey at 197lbs I was mostly doing cardio and cut out soda, fast food and most junk food. A few years later I found Cristina on Instagram still unsure if I should commit to a trainer so far and being intimidated by weights. Although I met Cristina at about 165 lbs I was very bloated and had lots of skin and no muscle tone. In January 2019 I finally decided I was going for a trial at her gym. First off being intimidated by her being in beautiful in amazing shape I walked in and she was so sweet and welcoming. I had zero confidence walking in that gym but walking out I knew I was going to continue with her. I was going to Cristina twice a week when the pandemic hit and gyms had to close down. I tried to stay active and then Cristina offered at home one on one sessions where I was seeing her three times a week. Cristina helped me focus on my goals get into I a routine and finally start feeling confident. I am starting to tone and I have lost another 14 lbs currently being 151 lbs. Cristina became not only my trainer but one of my closest friends pushing me in many different aspects of my life. I am so grateful I stepped into her gym last January.

“Before I started training with Cristina, I would spend 2-3 hours in the gym, 1 of those hours being cardio being cardio and I didn’t really know what I was doing and was uncomfortable trying new things. Most of the time when I did an exercise I wasn’t even sure which body part I was targeting. I never looked forward to going to the gym and it was the most dreadful part of my day. I was always so concerned with being at a certain weight & I would almost always skip breakfast & I would deprive myself of meals and almost always lived on salads and smoothies. Despite all of this I didn’t see the results I wanted, which made me want to stop trying altogether and give up. I had little to no self esteem and never felt comfortable enough to wear tight clothing and definitely wasn’t comfortable enough to wear a bikini in the summer. That’s when I knew I needed Cristina to give me that push I needed. She quickly introduced me machines and weight training, and showed me the right way to target each muscle. She also advised me on what to eat and not to pay too much attention to the scale. Her workouts are always different and challenging and I look forward to every session with her. Every session gradually became more challenging as I got stronger. I saw a difference in my body in as little as two weeks. In every session she constantly motivates me to push myself and has me doing things I never even thought I could do. Fast forward to now I train 5 times a week, only doing 20 minutes of cardio, the gym has become the best part of my day, and I never skip a meal. I lost several inches in my body, and gained not only muscle, but my confidence back. I also became a much happier, and healthier, and even stronger version of myself and I owe it all to Cristina. When I first met her our relationship was only a trainer/client relationship & I am proud to say 5 months later she has become one of my good friends in and out of the gym. Cristina is very personable and a well-rounded person and trainer. She is very knowledgeable & will help you reach whatever fitness goal you want to achieve & I recommend her to anybody seeking a personal trainer.”

As a kid/teenager I was extremely active. During my last few years of college I found myself developing bad lifestyle habits and becoming lazy. Right before signing up with Cristina, I decided to start going to the gym. However, I was absolutely clueless as to what to do. I found the gym to be intimidating. I knew I needed someone to coach me on which workouts I had to do and how to do them properly. I would always see Cristina’s posts and she was a constant motivation even before I started training with her. When I heard she had her own space for her training I knew that she would be the best person to help me reach my goals. I’ve been training with Cristina for almost 6 months, and I feel stronger than ever both physically and mentally. I would’ve never tried half the workouts or attempted to lift half the weights that I do now if it were not for her. I didn’t even think I was capable of doing any of her workouts. She makes sure to push me to be better every single session. Cristina genuinely wants her clients to be the best versions of themselves and the vibe in her gym is filled with women empowering each other. I am glad to be a part of her team. Thanks to Cristina I am in the best shape I’ve ever been in. She is the best! I’m excited to continue working with her and to work towards reaching my body goals.

On October 7, 2021 I decided to message Cristina and inquire about her training services. The very next day she reached out and sent me all the information I needed. My first day of training was October 12 and when I met Cristina, she was super sweet and nice. It was the best decision I made to train with her. She gives you good advice and pushes you to do your best each session. Before Cristina I struggled with consistency and she keeps you on track. My goals starting out was to loose weight which I did but now I am obsessed with gaining muscle and becoming strong. Cristina is the best, do not hesitate to train with her. Cristina + Consistency = Results.

About a year ago I had fallen into a depression. Used it as an excuse to completely let myself go, put on about 30 lbs, and lost what little confidence I already had. Decided to drag myself out of bed one day and go to the gym. That’s where I met Cristina, and had no clue how my life would change in just a few months. After just five minutes of talking to her I knew I had to work with this woman. I signed a three month contract with her and got to work! Cristina is not only my trainer she’s became my mentor, and friend. She has helped me lose weight, and gain my confidence back. I’d highly recommend working with Cristina because she’ll uplift you on your low days, and give you a swift kick in the behind on those lazy days. omg yes absolutely ❤️ When I first came to Cristina, I had just lost a decent amount of weight and was working out here and there on my own, but I never felt confident doing anything in the gym if it was outside of cardio. I decided to come to Cristina because I wanted to be stronger and take my health and body to the next level. From day 1 Cristina made me feel so welcomed and comfortable and I knew that she was going to push me but also be caring and supportive. It’s been almost a year since I started and I can confidently say that I am stronger then I ever even thought I could be and my body has changed in so many positive ways. I am beyond happy with how far I’ve come and I know it will only get better from here. I now feel confident and strong and it’s all because of Cristina.

I started working out with Cristina a month ago after not working out for over 7 years. In those 7 years of not working out I had two children and did not feel in shape. I wanted to get back into working out again but I hated just going to the gym by myself. Since starting with Cristina I feel so much more fit and confident. I absolutely love going to her and I love seeing the results! Her workouts are always hard but never unachievable. She knows what you can handle and how to push you to expect more of yourself. I am so proud of how far I have come in only a month and I can’t wait to keep getting stronger. I will no longer make excuses of why I don’t work out. I have been training with Cristina since the beginning of 2020 and have always walked out of a session with her feeling confident in her ability to help me obtain my goals. Cristina is professional in every aspect and is very knowledgeable in not only what goes on in her sessions but what you have to do outside of her gym as well such as nutrition.Cristina is the best trainer I have been to and gets to know allow her girls very well and she becomes not only a trainer but a friend, I would recommend her to everyone no matter what goals you are trying to reach!

The first picture was about 2 years ago at my heaviest. I was over drinking, eating, and not sleeping enough. The 2nd pic was in September right before going to you. I was doing a ton of cardio basically not weights and under-eating. This was tough because I felt like I was at a plateau after losing the weight but wasn’t building muscle. The 3rd pic was last week! You can see the definition in abs!!! I have so much more muscle and seeing way more results than I was by just doing cardio

I had 3 babies back-to-back and all of them were c-sections. The last one really took a toll really took a toll on my body! My stomach bulged out and let’s not forget “the mommy pouch”. I always liked working out, but I never knew what type of exercises I should do or what machines to use and I was never that motivated. I was referred to Cristina almost a year ago and I have never felt better! I am more toned and my stomach has gone down significantly. I still have more work to do, but I am extremely pleased with my progress so far. I love my training sessions with Cristina! I look forward to them because she provides an environment that is judgment and stress free and I literally feel amazing when I leave! Her encouragement has given me the confidence I need to continue my workout routine with her because I know my end results are going to be amazing! Going to the gym was never something I made time for because I never saw improvements when I tried to work out on my own , I always had goals but never thought they were possible. When I started with Cristina I told her my goals and she eased me into an amazing routine. Nearly 8 months later I gained almost 20lbs of muscle. Cristina’s knowledge of the body and how all the muscles work is incredible. Cristina pushed me to do my best and is always my biggest hype girl when I reach even the smallest goal. I absolutely love her sessions even days I can’t feel my legs from lifting . She truly motivates me to break boundaries and reach new goals. I’m so thankful for Cristina and the gym ! Not only have a built confidence, I’ve build friendships along my journey. Everyone I’ve met is so positive and encouraging that I never once felt intimidated or out of place. I will forever be thankful for Cristina, she has a heart of gold and truly cares about each of her clients and the friendships she’s built with them!

"College really got the best of me, I put on roughly 35 pounds through my four years. After graduating I had a hard time adjusting to adult life and it caused me to turn directly to food as comfort, which caused me to gain even more weight. I started training with Cristina about two months ago after seeing a friend from college post a workout with her! I immediately reached out to her and set up a class. Before Cristina I would go to the gym and do aimless work outs with no instruction or reason. When I didn’t see results, I would just get discouraged and give up. I wasn’t eating right; I didn’t even really know where to start when it came to actually “eating right”. Cristina helped me get my diet and a workout routine together. She is more then a trainer, she’s someone you can talk to, a friend. Cristina keeps me accountable and helped me to create healthy habits without even realizing I was doing so. When I started with Cristina, I was at one of my lowest points, now she has helped me to lose over 20 pounds in just over two months. Last year I started my fitness journey not knowing anything in the gym. All I did was 30 mins of cardio for a whole year without losing any weight. A year later I met Cristina weighing 143 pounds. In just about 5 months of training with Cristina, she has helped me lose 11 pounds! Now weighing 132 pounds. She had me do things I thought I could never accomplish. I started off hip thrusting only 45 pounds struggling and now I can go up to 135 pounds! Thats insane right? Cristina has pushed me and believed in me every since day 1 when i told her I couldn’t do it. Cristina is not just a great mentor but also a great friend. She has helped me gain my confidence back and never gave up on me. If you are interested in losing weight, gaining weight, toning your muscles, you name it. Cristina is the one for you!
