“Before I started training with Cristina, I would spend 2-3 hours in the gym, 1 of those hours being cardio
being cardio and I didn’t really know what I was doing and was uncomfortable trying new things. Most of the time when I did an exercise I wasn’t even sure which body part I was targeting. I never looked forward to going to the gym and it was the most dreadful part of my day. I was always so concerned with being at a certain weight & I would almost always skip breakfast & I would deprive myself of meals and almost always lived on salads and smoothies. Despite all of this I didn’t see the results I wanted, which made me want to stop trying altogether and give up. I had little to no self esteem and never felt comfortable enough to wear tight clothing and definitely wasn’t comfortable enough to wear a bikini in the summer. That’s when I knew I needed Cristina to give me that push I needed. She quickly introduced me machines and weight training, and showed me the right way to target each muscle. She also advised me on what to eat and not to pay too much attention to the scale. Her workouts are always different and challenging and I look forward to every session with her. Every session gradually became more challenging as I got stronger. I saw a difference in my body in as little as two weeks. In every session she constantly motivates me to push myself and has me doing things I never even thought I could do. Fast forward to now I train 5 times a week, only doing 20 minutes of cardio, the gym has become the best part of my day, and I never skip a meal. I lost several inches in my body, and gained not only muscle, but my confidence back. I also became a much happier, and healthier, and even stronger version of myself and I owe it all to Cristina. When I first met her our relationship was only a trainer/client relationship & I am proud to say 5 months later she has become one of my good friends in and out of the gym. Cristina is very personable and a well-rounded person and trainer. She is very knowledgeable & will help you reach whatever fitness goal you want to achieve & I recommend her to anybody seeking a personal trainer.”
