Refund policy

At Cristina C. Fitness, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please refer to our refund and return guidelines below.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We will cover return shipping in this case.
